Rachel Spraugue,  LCMHC

Rachel Sprague, LCMHC, is a dedicated clinician based in Kernersville and Greensboro, NC, offering both online and in-person therapy services. She specializes in working with children and young adults aged 3-25, addressing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and the effects of parental separation. Rachel is particularly adept at treating trauma in youth using TF-CBT, and she brings a playful, engaging approach to her sessions, believing that fun facilitates healing and engagement. Fluent in ASL, she can effectively communicate with and support the Deaf community. With a background in sign language interpreting and a passion for travel, theatre, and languages, Rachel's diverse experiences enrich her therapeutic practices, enabling her to connect deeply with her clients and guide them toward rewriting their own stories with resilience and clarity.
