Get Empowered

Through Counseling with a Purpose

I think that you will agree that life doesn't always allow us to be the best version of ourselves. With my help, you'll learn about acceptance and how to exert your power of choice over whatever life may throw at you.

I am a Certified Brainspotting therapist. Brainspotting is a powerful and effective approach to healing and wellness that harnesses the dual attunement of the therapist, utilizing it to facilitate the nervous system's ability to reorganize and realign itself, enhancing resilience and facilitating change. Brainspotting, a person's brain-body activation around a particular issue is paired with a relevant eye and orienting position, called a Brainspot. Brainspots access neurophysiological subsystems that hold emotional and/or physical experience in an often wordless but felt form of memory.

The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth by helping you identify the core challenges and setbacks in your life, so that you can overcome them with confidence.I am a Masters level Licensed Professional. I am nationally certified and specialize in helping people identify and achieve their personal goals by coping with the issues that are causing them distress and anxiety. I take great pride in the progress and success of my clients and look forward to helping you. After several sessions you will become well-versed at handling issues whenever and wherever they arise. Call now to schedule a session.

Please Help us Welcome the Newest Member of our team Crystal Williams

DSC_8484.jpg

Crystal is a licensed clinical social worker and specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. She services both children and adults.

We all have “things” that we are dealing with and struggles may seem overwhelming. The main difference is how we handle and/or cope with those things. It is important that we take power over our lives, instead of life having power over us. Working with Crystal will assist with changing how you view and handle life’s trials and turn them into triumphs.

She shares that her ultimate goal is to ensure that all individuals that I work with feel confident in their ability to handle any challenges that may come their way independently by providing interventions and strategies that you can utilize once your work with her is done.
